I have a Windows 2000 Domain also running Exchange 2000. I would like to add a Windows 2003 member server as my new File Server and use the File Server migration tool.

Will this cause any problems with our Exchange 2000 server?

Exchange 2000 cannot run on Server 2003, that's the only problem there is. As long as you leave the machine exchange is on at server 2000 you should be ok. But I would personally suggest upgrading Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2003. You do have Software Assurance, right? ;)
