Windows 2003 Fax doesn't recognize Dialogic TR200

Hi All,

I have a client running an incoming fax server using a Dialogic TR200 board. the problem is that everytime the server is restarted, the system corrupts and the fax system doesnt recognize the modems unless I reinstall Windows Server.

I have tried uninstalling the Dialogic software and the Windows Fax component, only to reinstall with the same results. My client is really getting frustrated as am I, can anyone think of a possible solution to fix this once and for all?
