Windows 2003 DHCP server - IP address conflict messages

Every once in a while our users are receiving messages on their stations that the IP address they have is in conflict with another device on the network. This can be attributed to a device that was given the address initially, but the lease has since expired and another computer has received that address (thanks to scavenging). When the first device connects to the network again, the IP address conflict message is displayed and then it receives a new address.

Does anyone know of a way to disable these messages from showing on clients machines since they are just informational? (The DHCP server recovers from the error and assigns a new address.)

Any help would be appreciated.
