Hi
I have some packages developed in VB & Crystal Reports 7.0
which were working fine. Now I have ported the software to
a new system which is Windows XP but the software now is not working its always showing CRYSTL.OCX not registered

I have tried regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\CRYSTL.OCX
and got registered
but in softwre the error keeps on coming

Can Anyone suggest a remedy please
Thanks in Advance

Hi,
Is CR7 certified for XP? ( Which XP, Pro or Home?).

XP is a different OS from previous Windows and is much 'pickier' about what it will run..Perhaps those OCX files are incompatible.

I have tried the existing CR copy which we had and worked for WINNT and WIndows98 windows2000

Some of the members of group formatted the XP and loaded
win2000 prof to aviod such complications

WINXP Professional preloaded was O/S
