Windows 2000 vs Windows 2003 DC

I currently have a DC on Win2k.. and a second one on another win2k. We bought a new server with win 2003, what are the implications of moving the 2nd DC to win 2003 and jeep the first one on 2000?

Any tips?

1 Complication to keep in mind is the migration of AD on the Win2k server to 2k3.

Also might be worth looking at the licencing situation.
