Windows 2000 user migration

Im installing a Lotus Domino 5.0.6a on a Windows 2000 domain. Now i need to migrate a lot of windows user to domino (more than 1K users). When I install de domino, it modifies the NT user manager for domain and adds a new menu option to create notes user. The problem is that i can administer the windows 2000 domain with the NT user manager and i cant migrate the w2k users.
Does somebody know something about that?
