Windows 2000 Upgd Data Access Error

VB 6 application using ADO to link to Access 2000 database. Operated well until PC upgraded to Win2000 professional. Now gets Data Access Error 525.

Will run on PC with same OS if VB development environment is loaded.

I assume it's a missing .dll etc.

Any suggestions.
