Windows 2000 to XP?

Hi all we are about to start making a move over to XP SP2 from Win2k, we have quite a few apps that we have made our own MSI's for using WinInstall and they all have WINNT as the system dir.

What problems am i likely to run into with the XP system dir being WINDOWS?

Am i better off specifying the target system dir as WINNT for our XP boxes during setup?

Any advice appreciated.

IMHO, if we are talking about a large undertaking to change the WINNT system dir to a variable in your existing packages, then I see changing the system dir on new PCs to WINNT as a viable option.
