WINDOWS 2000 TO BACKUP NETWARE

I WOULD LIKE TO USE WINDOWS 2000 BACKUP TO BACKUP NETWARE FILES, BUT WHEN I TRY TO RESTORE I GET AN ERROR (THIS FILE IS NOT IN A RECOGNIZABLE FORMAT.\I TRIED USEING THE NETWARE CLIENT FOR WINDOWS (STILL NOT WORKING)

First of all do NOT use all caps when posting any type of message on the Internet. It is considered rude.


The backup or restore of files from a backup set do not have anything to do with Novell.

If you have a GOOD backup (on tape or on file), and if you are using the SAME program that created the backup in the first place, then you should be able to restore the file(s) to another drive. If the backup can not READ the backup then you have a damaged media, and there may be little you can do.
