Hi, I have upgraded my Windows NT 4.0 domain to Windows 2000 with AC but the Terminal Services gives us a problem... As you know, you have 90 days to register your liscences with Microsoft using their Terminal Liscences Installation Wizard. I have been given an Authorisation Number and a Liscence Authorisation Number but I am unable to install the 5 liscences bought and there is only like 5 days left on the temporary liscences. I have called Microsoft 4 times and they could not help me. I have called my reseller and he is supposed to call me back by today. I hate urgent problems...

Thank you, Frank.

Yes, both failed. They asked me to set the method for "Telephone" and using their code (they asked my Product ID, then activated the liscences) it failed. I retried to call them and they asked my Auth# and Liscence# and they failed to auth it...

Great! never seen! Is your server up tu date with Windows Update? In your place I'll try to apply the Microsoft security rollout pakage and then retry.

Yes, Windows 2000 is Service Pack 3 and every Windows update has been installed on it except Internet Explorer 6.0 SP1 (It's IE5.5), DirectX 8.1, Euro-Pack Conv. and some other useless goodies...
