Windows 2000 : Terminal Server Manager

Currently I am looking after a few Windows 2000 Servers that are setup in Application Server Mode: However Occasionally Terminal Services Manager becomes unresponsive and a restart of the server is the only way I can fix the situation.

Has anyone encountered this before and might have a resolution?
