We have a few users who opened a Word document on a Win2K Srv network shared drive(each user has their own shared folder) and is having the freezing problem if document is opened and left idle for a while. I did changed the autodisconnect idling time in the registry from the deafult 15 minutes to 500 minutes. But it only keeps the mapped drive ative without showing a red X on the mapped drive. The opened Word document freezes while idling is not fixed. Could anyone happened to know the cause of these?
