Windows 2000 SP4 IE6 issue

Trying to open a web page, getting an error - Cannot open page - "There is no cache to operate on".

Any ideas?
 
Have you tried deleting all temporary internet files, cookies, history, setting all back to default (security and advanced settings) reload IE and try again?
Does it do this under all PC logins? Even newly created ones?

Id check your size allowance for the browser, increase it by 30-40MB. See if that helps
