Windows 2000 Small Business Server

I have an existing Windows NT4 domain, and I need to install a Windows 2000 Small Business Server. I am aware that the Small Business Server must be the Primary Domain Controller, and that the existing NT4 PDC cannot be demoted. I need to be able to transfer the data from the current NT4 PDC to the new W2K SBS PDC. Is there any way I can do this?
