There is a good deal of posting and reposting the message "License Manager retains deleted accounts" on the internet, but I am suffering from the same affliction:
I am running Windows 2000 server, having switched from Windows NT server, and some users still have NT licenses. However, when I revoke the licenses they return on the next server restart. I am tired of receiving "Event ID 202" notices, but I don't want to go as far as to delete or backup my log files for the license manager and remove and add the users again. If there is a simpler way to get rid of these returning NT licenses, I am all ears! Any help is appreciated.
