Hi,

Network Set-up: One win 2000 domain controller Adv Server. Win Xp Clients

I want to encrypt confidential company data. Only certain individuals should be able to access these files. NTFS Security is not enough because of inside or outside intrusion. My question is, how do I install Certificate authority on the Domain? Secondly, I don't want to store the certificates on local XP machines (multi-user folder encryption feature), how can I export them to a floppy disk or CD and only have access to the encrypted folder when the floppy/CD is in the drive? I can provide you with more details if necessary.

I am also open to suggestions on how I can achieve this task using other methods.

Thank you very much; I really appreciate your help and suggestions.

Dave
