Windows 2000 Server Backup Error message

Hi,

I have a Dell Poweredge server 500c which uses windows 2000 Advance Server. It has Seagate STT20000A tape drive. When I try to do a Schduled backup, I get an error message
"Removable Storage did not mount the requested media. The operation was aborted." Please let me know what I need to do to resolve this issue.
