Windows 2000 server and quark

I have a network with about 10 user all the quark and photoshop file reside on the server whenever I open quark and try to print, the sever disconnects me.

Does anyone have any ideas!

Which version of Quark do you use?
Do you have QLA installed?
If you have a single user copy kept on server and more than one person tries and use that copy then you cant use it.
