GB
We used smartstart on a proliant with 6 x 72Gb disks
It defaulted to a single logical RAID5 partition (350Gb)
However after installing windows2000 server, the C: drive
is shown as max 2Gb so the other 348Gb is not accessible.
Is there a way to recover from this without rebuild.
Also would it be better to create say 2 logical partitions,
initially , 1 for op system say 2Gb and the other for data etc
Thanks

open up computer management, go to disk manager, select the empty space and create a logical drive

there's your diskspace

2 Gb for a c partition is somewhat low: I should go for 6,5 GB and up........

it's your choice (and your hardware ;-) )
