Windows 2000 prof. log on problem

Hi

I tried to unjoin a domain (altia) and join another domain (CE)to one of my laptops. So i loged on as a user (admin priviledges) to ALTIA domain. then Right Clicked the My Computer icon on your desktop and select Properties from the menu - Network Identification - Properties - Clicked on the Workgroup radio button in the “Member of” section and enter CE. Then I made the mistake I restared the comp. Now i cannot log on even as administrator.
I used lastknow congiguration, but nothing happened.
What can i do in such delicate situation. please help me. :-(((
