windows 2000 prof display adapters

hi,
I have a Dell 2400 desktop machine at home with windows XP home Edition in it. I installed windows 2000 Professional OS on this machine overwriting the XP OS. The problem I have is the display adapters, looks like did not get installed..Imean the screen looks with a bigger fonts ..looks like it is 800x600..and doesn't fit the screen.
The Display Adapter that was present earlier with windows XP home edition was
Intel(R) 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV Graphics Controller

So what is the one that I need to install for Windows 2K prof...and where can I find it on the net?

its onboard video, go and get the chipset driver from manufactor.
