windows 2000 installation problem.

I'm trying to clean install windows 2000, everything goes fine until i see the blue screen with this messege on it, excatlly:

Beginning dump of physical memeory
i have an IBM Aptiva 2142 S6H with Intel Pentium II 266MHz and 112 MB memory, ATI 3D Rage Pro AGP (integrated graphic on board) System Board chipset Intel 440LX
do you know if i have to change/install a new video card, i have PCI slot available, but not AGP.
i'm totolly confused, please help.
 
I had this problem and it turned out to be a dodgy stick of memory, I could install win 9* and corel linux but not nt or win 2k, get a new stick of 32mb (no more in case its not this)Hope this helps

quackers, thanks for reminding me of my 32mb memeory stick, how come i never thought of that. i will replace it maybe with a 64mb, see how it goes, thanks again.
