Windows 2000 IAS and Cisco Aironet

I am using the Windows 2000 EAP authentication on the client side and the Aironet points to a Windows 2000 IAS server. The server says that the client is trying to authenticate with an unauthorized authentication type. Does anyone know what type of configuration is needed on the IAS server?
