Hi,

We have recently been infected with the conficker virus kido, which is causing amongst other things, a lock on our active dir domain user accounts.

We are in the process of battling the virus but I would like to remove the hasstle of constently having to unlock our users accounts. Does anyone know of a way to do this via a script or tool that we can run as a scheduled task?

I have set the domain accounts to not lock out through the domain security policy but this appears to be ignored with the virus still causing the locking.

We are running windows 2000 server with XP PC's.

Any help would be gratefully recieved as it's killing us at the moment.

Cheers in advance.

Pete
