I have recently built a new system and installed windows 2000. The operating system works fine but the only problem I have is that when I shutdown, it doesnt do so. When I try to shutdown, the computer just restarts. Is there any issues with windows 2000 or is it just my computer. I have already checked all the plugs to make sure they're in their proper position. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.
