Has anyone encountered a problem when dialling into a remote access service that uses SecurID asuthentication. I am using a remote access service which uses a program called Autodialer to dial in an connect. You use a PIN number SecurID keyfob, which randomly generates a number, as the password. You get to verifying username and password and then it spits out error code 31 and disconnects. This only happens on Windows 2000 machines.

This is nothing to do with the same error code as documented by Microsoft to do with CD drives not functioning.

this is a link for the error list code numbers In the remote access :
and I can't find your error code in it ..
so I suppose that the problem is not in the remote access but in your graphic device ...
so , I think u have to check your graphic device .. Mohamed Farid
