windows 2000 default wallpaper 1

hi,
we have 2 app servers and a data server, and a number of workstations logging onto these servers through citrix. does anyone know how to get a certain picture to come up on all of the users screens as their wallpaper without having to manually log onto each user account and change the background?

Create a group policy which specifies the wallpaper to be used. Set the security to be applied to all users.
he setting should be under
User Configuration -> Desktop -> Active Desktop
or something similar.

Also in the Control Panel -> Display there should be an option to prevent the users from changing the wallpaper.
