Windows 2000 client

Can I install and use a W2K client with a V551 server? Or do I need to go to V6 on the server?

No, you will have to go 5.7 for win2K.
We have legato 5.1 on the server and have installed 5.7 on the client and it works perfectly.

One quick point.. If you go to clien version 5.5.7, make sure you have the libasm.dll patch, or you can quickly find yourself with the errors saving the registry...

We searched and can't find it.
Because indeed we have this problem with the registry.

You have to call Legato.. They should happily provide you with an updated dll
