I have an application which is crashing with this message.
There is a specific reference to this in the Microsoft Knowledge Base which recommends installation of Service Pack 2. This I have done but the application is still crashing with the same message. The knowledge base provides specific advice on how to debug the message by use of the "debugger" but does not explain in enough detail how to go about it.

Can you advise where this "debugger" is and where the file containing the memory dump is located.
