Windows 2000, 2003 TS License Servers

I have a Windows 2000 domain controler that acts as my Windows 2000 Terminal Services (TS) License server. I also want to add Windows 2003 TS servers in the mix. I need a 2003 TS License server as a member server. Can I keep the 2000 TS License server on my DC and keep these seperate or do I have to move everything to the 2003 Member server?

You'll have to upgrade the license servers for 2003 and obtain new licenses.
