Windows 11 Report with OLE

Hello,
I inserted an OLE that contains a paint image in a report. But every time I try to access the report it says "Disk error occurred while reading file".
It was working fine on Windows 10 but the issue happened on windows 11. I tried to install the classic paint that was in windows 10 but its still not working. Anyone has any idea?
