Hoping someone out there has run across this same issue and has some suggestions. A few months back our IT department upgraded (we'll use that term loosely) Windows from 7 to 10. I have an Access database that I run every month to process data files for financial reporting. On the old Windows 7 machine it takes about 5 or 6 minutes to process a set of files. On the new Windows 10 machine, those same set of files take 35 to 40 minutes to process. I have 6 sets of files to process every month to I am going from an hour or so to process all of the files to 5 to 6 hours to process all of the files.
Has anyone else run across this and do you have any suggestions on what I can possibly do about it?
Thanks.

It is said that God will give you no more than you can handle. I just wish God didn't think I was just a bad ass.
