Windows 10 32-bit install

Has anyone installed windows 10 32-bit OS on a 64 bit machine? I have tried several time and got it installed 1 time but the keyboard and mouse will not work. Any ideas? I have a program that can only run on a 32 bit OS. I can't do any virtual OS.

Have you exhausted all efforts to address the original issue with the program?

Will your 32 bit program run if you start it from the command prompt started from C:\Windows\SysWow64?

I've used 32-bit W10 without any problems for a couple of years then found that nothing was getting updated because all the updates were only done for the 64 bit variants. Do you know which version of W10 you are installing? It was working when I used 1604 up to 1804. I don't know about the later versions.
