WindowFromPoint can't find window

Hi guys:


How come WindowFromPoint API can't recognize a window with WS_EX_TRANSPARENT and WS_EX_LAYERED styles?

If it is made by design how to bypass it to receive a handle of such window from a point on the screen?

Try this approach:

Remarks
The WindowFromPoint function does not retrieve a handle to a hidden or disabled window, even if the point is within the window. An application should use the ChildWindowFromPoint function for a nonrestrictive search.
