Window without toolbar etc.

Hi Guys,
I know how one can launch a window without all the scrollbars and toolbars etc, but I can only do this with an Onclick function of windowopen().
Is it possible for a user to type the address in the browser and still have the window appear without the toolbars etc. Can this be done throught the CSS code?
