You can store the value of the TitleBar in GLO:TitleBar variable and on OpenWindow Embed put the following statement.
AppFrame{PROP:TEXT} = CLIP(GLO:TitleBar)
AppFrame{PROP:TEXT} = CLIP(GLO:TitleBar)
