Window Size

Is there a way the page itself could resize when someone
resizes the window manually the page would resize also.
I want to show the whole page all the time no matter what
size the window is. I know it's small but if someone resized
the to say 10x10 the page would fit the window.

I'm not quite understanding what you want. You don't mean to resize the browser window when the screen is resized? Do you mean when the browser window is resized, resize the page, like an absolute value? If you are using percentages, it will automatically resize, so that couldn't be it, either. What exactly do you mean?

If you drag the lower right hand side of your browser
window and resize it I still want the hole page to
show

put the whole page in one big table and set the width and height attributes to 100%. It might make some parts of your page really small thought if somebody makes the window small.
