Window size recommendations 1

I getting ready to start a complete flash web site. What is recommended for the canvas size. I work with people that have 800 x 600 settings all the way up to 1024 x 768. I hate webpages that require a lot of scrolling. I know that flash has different options but haven't found the perfect setting. One setting even blurs the picture if set to 100%.

IMHO, not more than 750*550 and never using 100% scaling!
