Window size keeps reverting back ICA Client 9.0

Hi everyone,

I am having an issue where a user has a citrix Connection to a desktop on his Laptop. He changes the window size to 1024x768 for with the ICa Client.

When he logs off or restarts the windows size reverts back to what it was before he changed it.

Any Ideas?

Are you connecting via Web Interface, PN Agent or PN?
You should be able to configure this setting from either the published application or the client itself.

1. Web Interface: Log into Web Interface and then go to the settings screen (usually like a little hammer or something above the published applications). Here you will be able to change the connection settings for Screen Size. Hit apply or OK.

2. PN: Launch PN and then go to your published application-application properties (or something like that) and then choose the second tab. Here you will able to see the screen size setting. Modify it and then hit ok.

3. PN Agent: If you have the PN Agent locked down to where they can't modify their settings....you will need to unlock it so they can. Usually right -click on the PN Agent and do the properties...the rest is the same as PN.
