I use ixquick.com as my search page. For the topics it finds, when you click on one, it opens a new page. Some time ago, I clicked on two finds and reduced their windows so that I could see them side by side on my screen and compare them. Here's the rub: ever since then, whenever I click on a found search item, it opens up in a half-size window. OR, when I reduce a full-screen-size page using the "restore down" box in the upper right hand corner, it shrinks to the half-size box. Even if I expand the window by dragging a corner, subsequent links open up in the half-size window. How do I stop it from doing that and permanently restore the bigger window size (oh say about 90% of my screen) I used to have.
