Window Re-sizing Problem

Hi there,

I am having some troubles resizing the window for a webpage I am creating. When I go to the drop-down tool at the bottom-right of the page, the different screen sizes appear but you cannot click on any of them. I want to get my window size to 720x460 but I cant!

Can anyone please help me with this?

I did this in a different way.
I made a table.
Then i went to the code.
Then I just chnaged the size
<table width="720" height="460" border="1" cellpadding="1" cellspacing="1">
