Window Pop up while printing in Word 2000

I'm trying to figure out why this user is getting a pop up window with a mail merge document they're printing. It only pops up when printing the mail merge document no where else. In the pop up it says the author of who wrote it and has a white text box that looks like it can be typed in. There's 2 options on the box, ok and cancel. I have to hit either ok or cancel about 15 times til it actually prints. Anyone know what's up with this? Thanks!

Press ALT F9 to toggle between showing field codes and showing field result. When the field codes are displayed, check whether there are any ASK or FILLIN fields in the document that could be causing this prompt.
