Window No Frame (No MFC)

Hey There

I was hoping that there is some of you there could help me whit this problem? I have a window whitch I wan't to disable the Frame, 3D fx, CLOSE Button, MINSIZE button and etc. So when every thing is removed i would only have a GRAY area left !!! (What can i used that for? Well I want to print a picture to the window, just like a splash screen!!!) I hope that there is some of you greate genius there will help me???
