Window cascade

I have a window that has moved up above the screen to where I can no longer move the window or grab it and move it down. Whenever I close the window it always opens there because I can not move it. Is there a key command to cascade the windows to fit the screen.

I'm not sure of a key command, but I believe you can use apple script to control the position, etc. What application is using the window?

all set. Yeah I had tried the resolution but they were already at the max. I didnt realize you could drag the window by clicking the side bars.
