Does anyone know if the "Corporate" version, which doesn't require activation, can be installed over the standard Pro version without the need to re-install all the software? Will the PC now be free from the need to obtain a new activation code when hardware is switched often?
Our company has several demo PCs with XP Pro but they require re-activation when hardware is switched several times in them. We need to switch hardware often for demonstration purposes and it becomes a problem. If we purchase the "Corporate" version this should take care of that.
