windisk error??

Often i have this error message with WINDISK in it!!!<br>it says to run Windisk or something like that ??<br>IT does seems to do anything to the backup just incomplete the following morning!!

It's a &quot;feature&quot; of running an older version of Arcserve. 6.1 I think. Upgrade, why dontcha?

I think the message you are referring to is something like:<br><br>in order to get DR (Disaster Recovery)&nbsp;&nbsp;information you must run Windisk<br><br>Arcserve Tech support has told me to ignore this unless you are running the Arcserve Disaster Recovery option--which most users don't use.

to AS 6.61 will solve your problem (which is not really a problem, in fact).
