Wince 5.0 GUI library / AlphaBlend method

Hi,

Windows CE 5.0 API, has an "AlphaBlend" method on coredll.dll assembly. But the current operating Windows CE
5.0 on the PND we use seems not containing this method.
How can we include this method to the operating system?

Any sort of tips/advices are highly appreciated
