WinAD and CE Sync Up

Could you please let me know if there is a registry setup on how frequently Windows AD and CE sync up?

I am working with CE10. It seems we always need to press the 'Update' button after a user is moved from one group to the other or after a new user is added to the Windows AD group. In a different thread, I read that it might take upto 30 minutes before CE is updated automatically. But in our case, it doesn't seem to update after a couple days.
