Win98SE to W2K Server Networking - HELP!

Hi all, I've read as many of the posts as I could possible find on this subject but none seemed to solved my problem.

So here it is:

W2k server w/Activie Directory
Nic-1 Connect to Cable Modem w/Assigned IP from ISP
Nic-2 Connect to HUB
w/Assigned IP of 192.168.0.1
Subnet of 255.255.255.0
Gateway 0.0.0.0
DNS my isp's DNS

W98SE Machine
Nic Connect to HUB
w/Assigned IP of 192.168.0.249
Subnet of 255.255.255.0
Gateway of 192.168.0.1

User account has been created on the server and is part of the Administrators Group.

Local domain is JBCORP. I noticed at certain places, it displays as JBCORP.LOCAL.

The Win98SE machines has its
 
On your win2k server add the gateway of 127.0.0.1 and remove gateway settings on 98 machine.
