When I enter web pages with lot of blinking ads etc. like: then after some first seconds of nice page appearing on my screen then
Windows98SE blue screen crash and after that I have to reset my PC to wake up the ADSL (512/256)-connection again (the windows is working after blue screen but no connection).

Another quaranteed way to crash is to use more than 2 simultaneus transfers in Copernic Basic Options-performance:
The blue screen data allways contains: "...0028:C2A1B358,VxD ND01XND4(01)+000002F8... from 0028:C001C3D4, VxD NDIS(01)+00004860"

ND01XND4 is the driver from ND010v303.zip ND010 released driver 3.03 (my A-Link 10/100 ethernet card ND010)
NDIS is version 4.10.2224

I have tried to solve the problem explained as "update Windows 98 Second Edition Problems with NDIS Intermediate Drivers" from (4.10.2222 to 4.10.2224 version)

But no efects.

I have F-Secure Distributed Firewall and F-Secure Anti-Virus Enabled.

first adapter: ND01x Ethernet/Fast Ethernet PCI bus adapter
binding: VPN+virtual protocol -> ND01x...
Options:
"Early Tx Threshold= 10" (default)
"Link speed/duplex mode = Auto mode"

second adapter: VPN+virtual adapter, linked ND01x...
binding: TCP/IP -> VPN+virtual adapter, linkde ND01X
"Binding NIC = 0000"

What is this "Early Tx Threshold" (I have tried 0,10 and 20 no affects)
and What does it mean to have "Binding NIC = 0000" ??

My ADSL-modem is Nokia M1122.

Any hints what to try next or should I avoid Aftonbladet.se ?

I think I have solved the problem now: new driver found:

I opened my PC and looked at the A-Link ethernet card
(ND010 Ethernet/Fast Ethernet PCI bus adapter)

there is a big chip on the board and on that is text: "RTL8139C Taiwan". I made a search and found that the manufacturer of that chip is Realtek.

From the download pages of Realtek I found:
Win98ME driver for
"Realtek RTL8139/810X Family PCI Fast Ethernet NIC".

I took it and it is a good working driver for UNEX A-Link card ! which is using the same chip. (and many new adjustable parameters like buffer size 64k appear to options in control panel network settings)

It is working very well: no problems to use 20 simultaneus transfers in Copernic Basic and every web page works well so far (knocking wood).
